3. Information Collection and Use
3.1. Data You Provide Directly
When you create an account or interact with our Services, we will ask you to provide certain Personal Data. This data is essential for the core functionality of the Services. In accordance with our technical policies, account creation requires unique identification data to ensure security and functionality. This information includes:
- Account Information: Username, email address, password, and other profile information you choose to add. This data is stored securely and can only be accessed by yourself and by our authorized personnel for administrative purposes.
- User-Generated Content: Any information you upload or post, such as messages in community forums or submitted feedback.
3.2. Data Collected Automatically
When you access the Services, our systems automatically record certain technical information. This data, which is often non-personal, helps us understand usage trends, diagnose technical problems, and secure the platform. This includes:
- Log and Usage Data: Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, and other statistics.
- Device Information: Information about the device you use to access the Service, such as the hardware model, operating system, and unique identifiers.
3.3. Public Data
To maintain transparency and the spirit of competition, some information related to your activities within the Services is public. In line with our transparency policy, some tournament data is publicly accessible to support the spirit of competition. This data includes:
- Tournament Data: Tournament name, schedule, list of participants (usernames), match brackets, and final results including the champion's name.
- Product Data: Information regarding available merchandise, such as product names and descriptions, is accessible to anyone for browsing purposes.
5. Data Security and Access
5.1. Role-Based Access Control
Access to data within our system is strictly regulated based on roles, as defined in our internal security protocols:
- User: You have the right to read your own profile data. You cannot read the personal data of other users.
- Admin: This role has the ability to create and manage tournaments and products. They can access relevant operational data to perform their duties but do not have unlimited access to users' personal data.
- Super Admin (Zenith Official): This role has the highest level of access, which is necessary for system maintenance, overall user administration, and policy enforcement. This access is used responsibly and only when necessary.
5.2. Data Integrity
We ensure that the data we store is accurate and relevant. Our security protocols fundamentally do not allow the direct deletion of user data, a practice we implement to maintain the integrity of historical data and account security, unless there is a valid deletion request based on your rights.
6. Your Rights as a Data Subject
As a user of our Services, you have certain rights over your Personal Data under the GDPR. We are committed to facilitating the exercise of these rights.
- Right to Access: You have the right to request a copy of your Personal Data that we hold.
- Right to Rectification: You have the right to request that we correct any information you believe is inaccurate or complete information that is incomplete.
- Right to Erasure ('Right to be Forgotten'): You have the right to request the deletion of your Personal Data under certain conditions. However, please note that we may not be able to fulfill this request if the data is still required for contractual purposes, legal obligations, or to maintain the integrity of public tournament data.
